ॐ श्री गणेशाये नमः

अरथ न धरम न काम रुचि गति न चहउँ निरबान।
जनम-जनम रति राम पद यह बरदानु न आन॥

प्रस्तुत चौपाई भरत जी के निर्मल चरित्र, अविरल प्रेम और अनुपम स्नेह को दर्शाती है । मनुष्य का प्रत्येक कार्य किसी ना किसी स्वार्थ से निहित होता है । तीर्थ स्थानों की यात्रा, दान दक्षिणा, मंदिरों में जाना – मनुष्य हर काम किसी ना किसी अभिलाषा से ही करता है । 

प्रयागराज, एक परम पवित्र तीर्थ, जहाँ मनुष्य यदि अपने धन और कामना की इच्छा छोड़ भी दे, पर धर्म लाभ और परम मोक्ष की आकांक्षा का त्याग नहीं कर पता । सम्पूर्ण इच्छाओं का वर देने वाली पवित्र तीर्थराज!  के तट पर भरत जी प्रार्थना करते है –

“ ना मुझे धर्म लाभ चाहिए, ना ही धन । ना मैं गति और मोक्ष की इच्छा रखता हूँ । मुझे तो इतना ही वर चाहिए की मैं बार बार जन्म लूँ और हर जन्म में मेरी मति सिर्फ़ प्रभु  के चरणों में रत रहे अर्थात् मुझे सिर्फ़ प्रभु भक्ति का वर दो “

तात्पर्य, मानुष देह  बहुत मुश्किल से मिलती है, जिसके लिए देवता भी तरसते है । और जो आनन्द प्रभु भक्ति में है, वह तो मोक्ष में भी नहीं ।

इसीलिए आईए अपनी इस मानव देह रूपी सौभाग्य का लाभ उठाए । इस चौपाई का निरन्तर जाप आपके सभी बन्धनों और इच्छाओं का दमन करता है

This chaupai shows the serene character of Bharat ji, the unending love and unmatched affection. Every deed of a human being is vested with some sort of selfishness. Traveling to pilgrimage places, donating dakshina, going to temples – Man does everything with some desire

Prayagraj, a supreme holy pilgrimage place, where if man gives up his desire for wealth and desire, but still vies for at least for some kind of religion benefits or salvation.

On the shore of such a pious and holy place, where a man can get anything which he or she desires for! Bharat ji prays for –

“Neither do I want any religious virtue, nor do I want money or wealth. Neither I wish for any pleasure, nor do I wish for salvation. All, I I want is that I should be born again and again, and in every birth I wish for utmost devotion and love towards Ram”

The ultimate truth is that it is very difficult to be get an form (out of 84 lakh Species), even god yearns to be born as human being. On top of that if you are sound devout of god with unconditional love, that is precious than anything else in the universe.

So, let us take advantage of this fortune of bring born as human being and immerse yourself in continuous chanting of this quadruplet that suppresses all your bodily desires and frees from all the malice and ill thinking.
